What Exactly Is An All on 4/6?
All-on-4 is a complete arch restoration — all the teeth on your upper or lower jaw — supported by just four precisely placed implants. Those four implants act as anchors for a full set of teeth that looks, feels, and functions exactly like natural teeth. There are no removable parts. No adhesives. No slipping. Once placed, your new teeth are fixed definitively in your jaw.
All-on-6 follows the same principle with six implant anchors — offering additional stability for patients with lower bone density or those who prefer maximum support.
In most cases, you leave our clinic on the day of surgery with a full set of functioning provisional/temporary fixed teeth. Your final restoration crafted in our In-house CAD/CAM lab — is fitted within 3 to 6 months.

Digital Planning
Using digital planning, we map every implant position to sub-millimetre precision before surgery begins. Your procedure is essentially performed virtually first — so the actual surgery is predictable, fast, and safer.

Under local anaesthesia, most patients are surprised by how comfortable this is, four or six implants are placed with X-Guide dynamic navigation. Your provisional set of teeth is fitted on the same day. You leave with a full, functioning smile.
Healing & monitoring
Your implants integrate with your jawbone during this period. We schedule regular check-ins. Most patients experience only mild discomfort for the first few days, manageable with standard pain relief.
final restoration
Your final titanium supported zirconia or acrylic or composite prosthesis, milled in our in-house lab to match your exact facial proportions — is fitted and secured. This is your final result.

IS ALL ON 4 PAINFUL?
The surgery is performed under local anaesthesia — you will feel pressure, not pain. Most patients tell us it was far more comfortable than they expected. Post-surgery discomfort is typically mild and managed well with standard pain medication for 3 to 5 days.
How long do All-on-4 implants last?
With proper care — normal brushing, flossing, and regular check-ups — All on 4 implants are designed to last long time.
Can I eat normally after All-on-4?
Yes — though in the first few weeks we recommend soft foods while your implants heal. By month three, most patients are eating everything they ate before, and more. The foods you avoided for years are back on the table.
What if I don't have enough bone for implants?
Many patients assume bone loss disqualifies them. In most cases, it doesn’t. The angled placement of All-on-4 implants is specifically designed to use the available bone and avoids complex bone grafting procedures We assess this precisely in your first consultation with a CBCT scan.
How is All-on-4 different from dentures?
Dentures sit on your gums and can slip, affect your speech, and require adhesives. All-on-4 implants are anchored directly in your jawbone. They function, look, and feel like natural teeth. You brush them normally. You forget they’re there.
can i really get teeth fixed in a day?
Yes we can, We use digital impression scans with photogrammetry for precision and accuracy and inhouse dental lab with advanced 3D printing technology. The fixed teeth will be done in a day.
